Alcove provides project delivery through all aspects of the project life cycle from analysis, design through development, testing, delivery, support and making improvements and enhancements. Projects are either delivered wholly by Alcove staff or in joint working with clients’ onsite teams, optimized, based on our clients’ specific project needs. Alcove can deploy multiple delivery models such as;
- Onsite resource deployment: Alcove deputes its experts to travel and work at clients’ locations/premises/ facilities.
- Offshore/ Offsite project/Service delivery: Alcove teamscomplete outsourced work at our project delivery centres in India, as per our clients project specifications.
- Onsite-Offshore delivery: We follow a hybrid model of resources deployment on projects, wherein some of our resources travel and work at our clients premises, while other members work and support on the project from our project delivery centres in India.
- Partly onsite-partly offsite delivery: Our experts travel onsite to complete certain initial tasks at onsite, closely interacting with customer’s teams, and return to our delivery centers to complete and deliver the rest of the project.

Alcove’s project resourcing models include;
- We take on responsibility to deliver full or part project, managing and controlling our project resources/teams
- We provide skilled resources on hourly/daily/monthly billing basis. Our clients allot work, supervise and control the resources and ensure the work/tasks are delivered by the members/teams.
