Our Service offerings
We predict protein structure from amino acid sequences. Our extensive experience with a wide range of sequences allows us to select/recommend the protocols needed to meet structure prediction and its analysis. Sequence availability is not always ideal. The sequence may be in limited length or may have been collected in sub-optimal conditions. We have successfully processed many sequences like these, optimizing protocols depending on the situation. Following analysis, we determine affinity and standardization of the structure on different platforms.
Our past experiences
- Worked on Structure and Fragment based Drug Discovery Process, using different software tools
- Worked on Protein Homology modeling, MD simulations, 3D QSAR, ADME/T
- Docking was carried out using GOLD to dock the small molecules of Mycobacterium, Corynebacteria and Nocardia
- Fosmidomycinwas docked in the modelled bacterial protein structures
- Developed an algorithm to consistently generate high-quality alignments for homology modeling, and assign a metric of predicted modeling reliability for each alignment position
